Brandy Sauce

Ingredients

Cornflour

1tbs

Milk

1 cup

Caster sugar

1 tbs

Oven/grill

1. Mise en place all ingredients, utensils, ingredients and stations

2. In a bowl blend the corn flour to a smooth paste with 2 tbs of the milk

3. Bring remaining milk to boil, pour it over the corn flour and milk paste, stirring well

4. Return to saucepan add sugar and brandy cook over low heat for 2-3 min

5. Serve hot
