Avo Rits


Ingredients

Quantity

Avo (halve)

1ea

Shrimps

10 ea



Equipment used

Chemicals used

Green board

Sanitizer

Chef’s knife

Multi purpose

Table spoon

Oven/grill

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Remove avo from skin

3. Make slight cuts in figure of a fan

4. Boil shrimps in water

5. Add shrimps to avo

6. Drizzle with 1000 island sauce (see recipe)

Chef’s tip

Can be served with a side salad
