Basting spoon

1. Mise and place all equipment, stations and stock

2. Mirepoix onions

3. Sauté in butter and oil

4. Add mince

5. Stir until brown

6. Add spices to taste

7. Close lid allow to sweat for 5-10min

8. Add water to cover

9. Simmer for 30min over low heat
