Biltong Fondue

Ingredients

milk

+- 1 L

biltong

200g

salt

To taste

pepper

To taste

Garlic (crushed)

To taste

Soup bowl (serving dish)

Whisk

Multi purpose

Wooden spoon

Oven/grill

Pot

Stove top

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Produce classical béchamel (see recipe)

3. Add in garlic and biltong

4. Add in salt and pepper to taste

5. Serve in soup bowl

6. Serve hot
