Chef’s knife

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Cook macaroni until al dente (not soft)

3. Melt butter, sauté mushrooms

4. Add cream and ham and bring to boil

5. Place cooked macaroni into shaving dish

6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

7. Pour sauce over so the cheese can melt

8. Gently mix the pasta and sauce together

9. Season with salt and pepper

10. Garnish with parsley and more parmesan

Classical Alfredo is made with fettuccine
