Oven/grill

Electric scale

Whisk

Dough scraper

Mixing bowls

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Preheat oven 200˚

3. Grease baking tray

4. Melt butter and sieve flour

5. Whisk eggs and sugar (sabayon) (full ribbon)

6. Fold in flour +butter into mixture

7. Place into greased baking tray

8. Bake for 30 min (feel to touch)
