1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils
2. WASH ALL INGREDIENTS BEFORE YOU START
3. Cut melon in half as displayed on picture
4. Use one half as a bowl and the other half to ball with perision scoop
5. Ball the melon about 5-7 balls
6. Peal the orange AND CUT SLICES OUT OF SEAMS
7. BRUNOISE PEAR ,APPLE AND PINEAPPLE INTO SMALL CUBES
8. KEEP GRAPES WHOLE JUST REMOVE STEMS
9. KEEP STRAWBERRIES WHOLE REMOVE LEAF AT THE TOP
10. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO MELON BOWL ADD TROPICAL JUICE
