Roasted butternut

Ingredients

olive oil

80ml

Butter

50g

Mixed herbs spices

To taste

Salt + pepper

To taste

Chef’s knife

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Peal butternut and slice into thin slices

3. Place in roasting pan along with oil butter and herbs

4. Place in oven @180˚

5. Constantly turning and mixing through

6. Cook until soft (feel to touch) +- 25min

Chef’s tip

can use sugar instead of herbs for a sweet dish
