Grape and mint Sorbet

Ingredients

Quantity

Grape

300ml

Strawberries

4ea

Mint leave

6ea

sugar

200g

water

200ml

Equipment used

Chemicals used

Chef’s knife

Sanitizer

Robocoop/masher

Multi purpose

Mixing bowl

Oven/grill

saucepan

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Remove pips from grapes

3. Place grapes , strawberries and mint leaves in Robocoop

4. Melt sugar in water in saucepan over medium heat

5. Mix both mixtures together

6. Allow to cool for at least 12hours

7. Transfer into ice cream maker and place in freezer
