Portabello Mushrooms (saute)

Ingredients

Quantity

Portobello mushrooms

800g

Olive oil / butter

100g

Salt + pepper

To taste

Chives

80g

Fresh herbs

80g

Equipment used

Chemicals used

Gas burner

Sanitizer

Wok

Multi purpose

Basting spoon

Oven/grill

Green board

Chef’s knife

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Cut mushrooms into smaller slices

3. Cut up chives and mixed fresh herbs

4. Place wok on burner insert oil and butter

5. As soon as oil is hot place mushrooms into wok

6. Sauté until soft

7. Add salt + pepper to taste

Can be used as a side dish or as an ingredient in a salad
