Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

Baby marrows

Baby corn

Celery

Broccoli

3 pkt

Mix herbs

To taste

Tomato paste

500 g

Potato

5 ea

Carrot

15 ea

Baked beans

6 tins

peas

1 bag

Equipment used

Chemicals used

30 l pot

Sanitizer

Chef’s knife

Multi purpose

Green board

Oven/grill

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Cut up all vegs (Mirepoix, grate, brunoise, julienne)

3. Place in pot

4. Fill pot with cold water

5. Bring to boil

6. Boil until all vegs are soft and cooked

7. Allow to cool completely before placing in fridge
