Beetroot salad


Ingredients

Oven/grill

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Boil beetroot until soft

3. Remove skin

4. Grate into mixing bowl

5. Add vinegar to taste

6. Place into salad bowl

7. Garnish as desire

Chef’s tip

Can slice beetroot instead of grating it

Can also add in a brunoised onion
