Butternut and orange salad


Ingredients

Butternut (uncooked)

Orange

Cinnamon sugar

4tbs

Raisins

½ cup

Paring knife

Multi purpose

Grater

Oven/grill

Salad bowl

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Peal butternut and grate into salad bowl

3. Peal orange and remove slices from seams

4. Add cinnamon sugar and raisins and mix through

5. Garnish as desire
