Lasanga

Ingredients

Béchamel (see recipe)

100ml

Tomato and onion relish (see recipe)

500ml

Lasagna sheets

1kg

Cheddar cheese

500g

Mixed herbs

Oven/grill

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Cook mince in a pot with a little oil until brown

3. Add spices as desire

4. Add tomato and onion relish and boil for about 5-10min

5. Place lasagna sheets in a dish with boiling water cook until al dente

6. Place a layer of lasagna sheets on the bottom of the shaving dish

7. Then a layer of mince repeat this until dish is filled to the top

8. Pour béchamel sauce over mince

9. Add layer of cheese and gratinate in oven (15-20Min)

Chef’s tip

Use tomato slices as garnish place on top of cheese
