1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils
2. Pour water into sock pot
3. Light stove, place pot on stove and bring to boil
4. Once boiling place bottles and lids in into pot
5. Allow to boil for at least 3-4 min
6. Remove from pot with fork and place on working station
7. Place ingredients into hot bottle and seal tightly
8. Use paper towel to clean outside of bottle
