Choux Paste

Ingredients

Quantity

Water

250ml

Butter

100g

Flour

100g

eggs

4ea

Equipment used

Chemicals used

Sanitizer

Wooden spoon

Multi purpose

sieve

Oven/grill

Stove top

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Melt butter in water

3. Add flour

4. Mix until start of ball form

5. Add eggs in 1 by 1

6. Mix thoroughly

7. Remove from heat

Chef’s tip


Use piping bag to make small round shapes on baking tray

Bake until golden brown 180˚
