Peri Peri Chicken Liver in a Light Pastry Shell Served on stir fired vegetables

Ingredients (per Plate)

Stir fried vegs

Oven/grill

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Heat up chicken liver

3. Cut open pastry shells

4. Stir fry vegetables

5. Fill shells with chicken liver

6. Plate 3 per plate

7. Garnish with oregano
