White chocolate

Vanilla bark

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Bring cream and milk to boil

3. Add in sugar and chocolate to melt

4. Mix custard powder to paste (cold water)

5. Add in vanilla bark and essence
