PoTaTo SaLaD

Ingredients

Potato

Mayonnaise

300ml

Chives/parsley

To garnish

Salt +pepper

To taste

Boiled eggs

Basting spoon

Salad bowl

1. Mise en place all ingredients, stations, equipment and utensils

2. Boil potatoes (not completely soft)

3. Remove skin and allow to cool

4. Mirepoix potatoes into small cubes

5. Add mayonnaise and mix through

6. Chop up boiled egg and mix through into mayo mix

7. Add chives and parsley
